Q7 Write a short note on ‘Chipko movement’.(Page-26,Para-5)

Ans. ‘Chipko movement’ was a non violence movement of the mountain people to save their trees by hugging them. The villagers of Gopeshwar(Uttarakhand) had saved its trees but the contractors were not going to give up easily. They chose another forest which was about 60 kilometres away from Gopeshwar. News of this reached Gopeshwar so the entire village men and women ,old and young, began to march in a procession and say “Chop me-not the tree”.

          😅MP के शासकीय सेवकों को अब प्रमोशन की चिंता नहीं😅😀 👇 म.प्र. के गृह मंत्री माननीय नरोत्तम मिश्रा ने ट्विटर पर पोस्ट कर जानकारी दी है की शासकीय सेवा में कार्यरत विभिन्न वर्गों के ऐसे उम्मीदवार जो प्रोफेशनल एग्जामिनेशन बोर्ड द्वारा आयोजित होने वाली परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होते है उन्हें परीक्षा में 5 प्रतिशत अतिरिक्त अंक प्रदान किए जायेंगे और अधिकतम आयु सीमा 55 वर्ष निर्धारित किये जाने का निर्णय कैबिनेट ने लिया हैं                         कई शासकीय सेवक सेवा में वर्षो से कार्यरत है उन्हें प्रमोशन पाने का एक सुनहरा मौका हो सकता हैं  बशर्ते उन्हें PEB द्वारा आयोजित परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होना होगा एवं अच्छे अंको के साथ परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करनी होगी जिससे जल्दी से अगले पद पर जाने का मौका मिल जायगा | कई विभागों में जैसे शिक्षा विभाग में 30 वर्षो से एक ही पद है या एक ही पद पर सेवा निवृत्त हो गए है | इसे एक सरकार का सकारात्मक कदम कहना चाहिए जो स्वागत योग्य हैं|
